Purpose of the role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is instrumental to the growth of Protiviti. The primary purpose is to source, attract, and secure high-impact professional talent for our core consulting practices.
Responsibilities

Manage the entire recruitment life cycle for assigned roles, from requisition creation to offering acceptance, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Actively build talent pipelines by leveraging diverse channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, Campus events, and internal referral programs.

Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and salary expectations.

Conduct thorough competency-based interviews to effectively assess candidates' personality, Attitude, business acumen, cultural fit, and required domain knowledge before presenting them to hiring managers.

Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and gather comprehensive feedback from hiring managers and interview teams.

Negotiate and close offers for mid-level consulting roles, handling complex compensation discussions with tact and clarity.

Ensure all recruiting activities and candidate data are accurately logged and maintained in candidate and role trackers and any other required reports.

Partner closely with hiring managers across various practice areas (e.g., Internal Audit, Technology,) to understand their specific talent needs, roles, and priorities.

Serve as a brand ambassador for the firm, articulating our unique value proposition and career trajectory to prospective candidates.
Requirements:

Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment or for a consulting, professional services, or technology firm.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven ability to source, screen, and manage candidates

Excellent command of English written and verbal communication.
