Talent Acquisition Specialist

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment (in-house or agency)
• Proven track record in hiring for roles like Software Engineers
• Strong understanding of technical job requirements and tech stacks
• Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
