Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create job descriptions.
- Source candidates using various platforms (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, consultancies, campus drives, etc.).
- Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate and manage interview data
- Mentioning of all the data in the ATS and following the process of the interviews
- Maintain a database of candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).
- Collaborate with the HR team for employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- Stay updated with market trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during the hiring process.
