Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Source candidates using various platforms (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, consultancies, campus drives, etc.).
  • Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and manage interview data
  • Mentioning of all the data in the ATS and following the process of the interviews
  • Maintain a database of candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).
  • Collaborate with the HR team for employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
  • Stay updated with market trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws during the hiring process.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
