Talent Acquisition Specialist

Sky High Group is a strategic alliances and acquisitions organization with extensive experience in Health & Beauty, Fashion Retail, Media, and Real Estate. Our management team is dedicated to building strong relationships between customers and internationally owned brands. We also operate a luxury lifestyle lounge that has been serving high-end markets since 2023, providing unique and experiential services in a 600 SQM fully serviced salon.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. They will also be involved in employer branding efforts, devising hiring strategies, and coordinating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and goals. The role requires a hands-on approach to attracting and hiring top talent in alignment with the company's objectives.

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills
• Proficiency in Interviewing and Hiring processes
• Skills in Employer Branding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Knowledge of the beauty, fashion, or real estate industries is advantageous
