We have the only factory in Egypt dedicated to manufacturing different types of Rolling Doors with high production capacity that allows us to fulfill any project requirements. We are sole agents for many world’s most reputable brands specialized in motorization solutions and other ready-to-install products such as High-Speed Doors and Loading Dock Systems.

Key Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in the 10th of Ramadan City. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for white and blue collars, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs, creating job descriptions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and identifying training needs.
• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Build a strong talent pipeline.
• Develop and promote employer branding strategies to attract top talent.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within the manufacturing industry is a MUST, particularly blue-collars
• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting
• Skills in Hiring and Interviewing
• Proficiency in Employer Branding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of Egypt labor market and recruitment channels
• Experience in ERP systems is a PLUS
