Collaborate with the team throughout the recruitment process to ensure each candidate enjoys an efficient and personalized experience.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle —
from sourcing to offer
— to deliver a steady pipeline of qualified candidates, a smooth candidate journey, and timely outcomes for hiring managers.

Partner with team leaders and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on the most effective hiring strategies.

Play a key role in building a team of people who align with our values and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Take ownership of not only hiring responsibilities but also internal projects and ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Contribute actively to internal communications initiatives.

Continuously explore innovative approaches to enhance the employee experience and strengthen the iyzico culture.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree from the related departments of the universities,
-
At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with a focus on IT recruitment,

Hybrid work model with
3 days
per week in the office,

Strong knowledge of the full recruitment cycle,

Experience with using online recruitment portal (Lever, Recruitee etc.),

Excellent organizational, analytical and communications skill,

Proactive approach and capacity to foster strong, effective relationships

Fluency in English,

Willingness to learn and adopt in a dynamic environment.
