Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who owns the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across engineering-focused subsidiaries, delivering the right hire at the right time. Align requisitions with manpower plans, project mobilization timelines, and Saudization objectives, while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and measurable funnel hygiene in the ATS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Intake & Planning: Clarify requirements with hiring managers (JD/Person Spec), define slot approvals, timeline, and success criteria.
  • Sourcing: Build targeted pipelines using talent pools, referrals, agencies, and X-ray/Boolean searches for engineering and support roles.
  • Screening & Assessment: Conduct structured phone screens; coordinate technical interviews, tasks/case studies; validate Saudization, visa/transfer, notice, and compensation risks upfront.
  • Process Ownership: Maintain ATS pipeline stages, communication SLAs, interview scheduling, panel coordination, feedback capture, and data quality.
  • Offer & Onboarding: Prepare compensation proposals, manage offer letters and negotiations, coordinate pre-joining checks, documents, and day‑1 handover to HR Ops/Payroll/IT.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track Applications → Screen→ Interview→ Offer→ Join, time-to-fill/hire, source effectiveness, and quality-of-hire; publish weekly and monthly dashboards.
  • Employer Branding: Standardize job ads (EN/AR), run targeted campaigns, and continuously improve candidate experience.
  • Compliance & Ethics: Adhere to KSA labor law guidelines, internal policies, and equal opportunity principles; protect candidate data privacy.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • 2–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; preferably within engineering/project-driven environments.
  • Hands-on ATS experience and comfort with high-volume pipeline management.
  • Advanced sourcing skills (Boolean/X-ray, LinkedIn Recruiter projects, targeted campaigns).
  • Working knowledge of KSA context: Saudization priorities, visa/transfer scenarios, notice periods, and local hiring norms.
  • Strong communication in English; Arabic.
  • Data and reporting fluency.
  • Proficiency in structured interviews and role-fit evaluations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with engineering job families such as Commissioning, TAB Engineering, BIM Engineering
  • LinkedIn Recruiter Certification or recognized sourcing certifications/bootcamps.
  • Experience preparing offer packages aligned to internal grade/level frameworks.
  • Content skills for employer branding (short job posts, LinkedIn articles).
