Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

As part of the HR team, you’ll play a key role in building the organization by identifying and hiring the right talent to support the company's growing portfolio and dynamic teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Sourcing
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments, from job posting to onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Talent Mapping & Hiring Strategy
- Understand department-specific hiring needs and design targeted sourcing strategies.
- Work with hiring managers to define clear role expectations and skill requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future roles.
Stakeholder Management & Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams, department heads, and leadership for smooth hiring workflows.
- Provide timely recruitment updates and manage communications with candidates and panels.
HR Operations Support
- Assist with onboarding formalities, documentation, and maintaining recruitment dashboards.
- Support internal employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a digital agency or fast-paced setup.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job platforms for sourcing.
- Strong understanding of roles in marketing, performance, design, and client servicing.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and passionate about connecting the right talent with the right opportunity.
Work Details:
- 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
- Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
