About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist who will take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment for U.S. market positions. The ideal candidate must have proven experience hiring both technical and non-technical professionals across multiple U.S. states and time zones. This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of U.S. hiring practices, job boards, compliance standards, and market trends. Candidates with prior experience managing or mentoring recruitment teams will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for U.S.-based roles, including technical (IT, Engineering, Software, Cloud, DevOps, etc.) and non-technical (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, HR, etc.) positions.
  • Build and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social platforms, networking, and talent pipelines.
  • Screen and shortlist high-quality candidates while assessing technical and behavioral competencies.
  • Manage interview coordination, scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
  • Maintain strong communication with U.S. hiring managers to understand job requirements, project needs, and talent gaps.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. hiring standards, employment practices, and documentation requirements.
  • Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment reports in ATS/HRIS tools.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to junior recruiters when required.
  • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and evolving U.S. recruitment strategies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and talent acquisition best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience hiring for the U.S. market, including both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. hiring processes, job boards, recruitment strategies, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to source and attract top-tier U.S. talent in a competitive market.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, recruiting tools, and advanced MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Leadership or team mentoring experience is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
