Experience Required: 1 year (BPO & Software House preferred)

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience hiring for both BPO and Software House roles, a strong track record of closing positions on time, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical, non-technical, and BPO roles.
• Use multiple hiring platforms and strategies to attract qualified talent.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of proven recruitment experience in a BPO or Software House environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
