Job Description: Talent Acquisition Manager

Experience: 7–10 Years

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The role requires strong expertise in strategic hiring, team management, stakeholder coordination, and employer branding to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across departments
  • Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage and mentor the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality hiring
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring needs
  • Drive sourcing through job portals, social media, referrals, consultants, and networking
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements
  • Oversee campus hiring, bulk hiring, and leadership hiring initiatives
  • Ensure smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
  • Manage recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, offer–joining ratio, etc.)
  • Strengthen employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Coordinate with HR operations for seamless onboarding and documentation

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices
  • Expertise in hiring for diverse roles (corporate, technical, leadership, bulk)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Team handling and leadership capabilities
  • Proficiency in ATS, job portals, LinkedIn, and social recruiting
  • Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment reporting and MIS
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Qualifications

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Prior experience as a TA Lead / Manager is mandatory

  • Experience in scaling teams or multi-location hiring is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
