Reporting Line: Reports to the General Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales and corporate appointments
- Identify, assess, and engage high-calibre talent through targeted sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain a refined talent pipeline aligned with the company's growth vision
- Coordinate interviews and offers in close collaboration with senior management
- Oversee onboarding to ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience
- Contribute to company growth by maintaining a visible, credible presence on social media, promoting the employer brand and attracting top talent
- Support content visibility related to hiring, culture, and team growth in coordination with management
Requirements
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (real estate exposure preferred)
- Strong judgment, stakeholder management, and interviewing capabilities
- Excellent understanding of social media and personal branding, with confidence in representing the company publicly
- Excellent communication skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
- Sound understanding of the UAE talent market and recruitment platforms
