Talent Acquisition Specialist

Lead the recruitment strategy across hospitality and food service outlets. Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring compliance with Qatar labor laws and alignment with premium service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement recruitment strategies for diverse hospitality roles.
  • Draft and post job descriptions across multiple recruitment channels.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and agencies.
  • Conduct resume screening and structured prescreening interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and provide hiring managers with interview guides.
  • Manage candidate communication to ensure a positive experience.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire).
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar labor regulations and internal HR policies.
  • Support workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical hospitality positions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably in hospitality/F&B.
  • Strong knowledge of Qatar labor laws and recruitment compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies under tight timelines.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.

  • Candidate quality (measured by post-hire performance).
  • Recruitment cost efficiency.

  • Compliance adherence (zero violations in recruitment audits).
