Your Impact:

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for key roles, from crafting the search strategy with managers to presenting the final offer.
• Become an expert in strategic sourcing, using LinkedIn Recruiter and talent mapping to build a lasting pipeline, not just a quick fix.
• Conduct interviews that assess for both skill and culture, ensuring we bring on people who will thrive here.
• Act as a true partner to department heads, using hiring data and market insights to advise on their talent strategy.

• Months 4-12: Take full ownership of your business units. Top performers will see a clear path to Senior Recruiter (PKR 70,000+).
