Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, etc.).

Create and post compelling job descriptions that attract qualified candidates.

Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offering.

Maintain and update recruitment information in the System.

Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics.

Stay updated on industry trends, labor laws, and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.

2–4 years of experience in mass recruitment - Construction Industry.

SAP Success Factor exposure is a plus.

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, etc.).

Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Candidate Management Systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Working hours: 09:00AM - 05:30PM.
