Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment with a focus on ebook team and related roles.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
Screen, interview, and recommend candidates who fit both skill and culture.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
Prior experience in sales or digital/ebook industry hiring will be a plus.
Strong communication and networking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

Timings: Night Shift 9pm to 6am.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
