Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Karachi. The day-to-day tasks include managing the complete recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to their final hiring. This involves technical recruiting, conducting interviews, and collaborating with various departments to understand their hiring needs. The specialist will ensure a streamlined recruitment process to attract and retain top technical talent.

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Skills in conducting and managing interviews
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and hiring managers
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
