• End-to-End Recruitment
• Updating ATS, status report on a daily basis
• Coordinating with clients to understand the JD
• Coordinating with Recruitment Vendors to Explain the JD
• Sharing Profiles with Client (Directly recruited or from Vendors)
• Scheduling an Interview, Sharing Test links, and following up with candidates
• Sharing Feedback with Vendors/ Candidate
• Vendor Management
• Drafting offer Letter, NDA, Salary Breakup, and Work assignment letter
