Familiarity with various websites, including the company career site.

Understanding of local statutory requirements.

Proficiency in the functionality of recruitment tools.

Awareness of prevailing salary packages in the local market.

Ability to download CVs from multiple sources.

Knowledge of diplomas, degrees, certifications, and training in each specialty, both locally and internationally.

Familiarity with visa processing procedures in countries where Bureau Veritas operates.

Understanding of the documentation issued in those countries.

Knowledge of verification processes related to visa processing and invoices issued by agents.

Experience working with candidates from European countries.
2.5. Experience
At least 4 year total work experience with exposure to Recruitment.
3. RESPONSIBILITIES / AUTHORITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
3.1. Primary Functions

Source CVs according to the requirements received from the B/L Manager in the specified format.

Coordinate with the B/L Managers to gather their requirements in the proper format, including job descriptions for each position related to their projects.

Contact candidates to collect accurate information and documentation, conduct HR interviews, and complete the appropriate interview evaluation form.

Organize a personal file for each candidate, including their documentation, until they join the company.

Identify qualified candidates and refer their CVs to the relevant B/L Managers for inclusion in the database.

Identify candidates for administrative, office-based, or technical positions with less experience and refer them to the B/L Managers for consideration.

Forward the HR interview report and documentation to the requesting Manager for review and shortlist candidates for technical interviews.

Follow up with B/L Managers to finalize the selected candidates and proceed further, preparing offer letters carefully and including references.

Lead the installation of information regarding BV's global presence and its services.

Serve as the first point of contact, maintaining a polite demeanor to build a team of experts that enhances the company's reputation and business.

Actively search for qualified candidates for new projects.

3.5. QHSSE Responsibilities
-
Implement BV safety programs within the team.
-
Ensure compliance at all times with applicable legal requirements, as well as BV HSE policies, procedures, and practices.

Maintain personal work areas in a tidy and hazard-free condition, reporting any deviations, faults, or hazards immediately to the location manager, line manager, or HSE representative.

Report any newly identified hazards to the HSE representative and participate in developing suitable operational controls to eliminate or minimize risks.

Report any HSE incidents to the HSE representative immediately and cooperate in investigations, taking action whenever unsafe acts or conditions are observed.
