Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for U.S.-based positions
• Source and screen candidates through multiple channels
• Conduct interviews via phone, email, and virtual platforms
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth hiring processes
• Achieve weekly hiring targets

Who We’re Looking For
✔ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
✔ CSR / Call Center experience is a plus
✔ Strong English communication skills
✔ Analytical and problem-solving abilities
✔ Self-driven and competitive mindset
✔ Comfortable working onsite in night shifts
✔ O/A Levels background preferred

What We Offer
- Base Salary: PKR 60,000 – 65,000
