JOB PURPOSE

The Talent Management Intern is responsible for supporting the Talent Management team in various HR activities, including culture and engagement initiatives, well-being program design and tracking, HR data analysis, performance management processes, and talent-related research and reporting.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the design, execution, and tracking of employee well-being programs and initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of culture and engagement activities, including surveys, action planning, and follow-up tracking.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on HR and talent management data, including employee engagement metrics, performance appraisals, and workforce trends.
  • Assist in program design project management, ensuring timely execution, tracking, and reporting of key milestones.
  • Participate in benchmarking and research on talent management best practices to support HR initiatives.
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations on talent-related topics, including engagement trends, well-being outcomes, and performance insights.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to maintain accurate and organized documentation for talent programs.
  • Provide administrative and organizational support for various talent management projects and initiatives.


LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

Language Proficiency

  • Fluency in English.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Specific Skills

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.


EDUCATION

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.


EXPERIENCE

  • Zero to one year of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
