Role Overview
We’re looking for a
high-impact People/Talent Partner
to own
end-to-end hiring for Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams
across India and UAE. This role is for someone who understands
how great tech teams are built
, can partner deeply with leaders, and knows how to scale hiring without dropping the bar.
What You’ll Do

Own
end-to-end recruitment
for Product, Engineering (SDEs), and Analytics roles across India & UAE

Partner with Product and Tech leaders to
define hiring needs, role clarity, and success profiles
-
Drive
hiring strategy
(sourcing mix, timelines, market mapping, bar-raising) for high-volume and niche roles
-
Build strong
passive talent pipelines
through proactive sourcing and market intelligence
-
Run
data-driven hiring reviews
(funnel metrics, time-to-fill, quality of hire)

Ensure an
exceptional candidate experience
aligned with noon’s brand
-
Influence interviewers and hiring managers on
assessment quality and decision-making
-
Collaborate with HRBPs on workforce planning and future talent needs
What We’re Looking For
-
3–6 years of experience in
tech / product recruitment or People Partner roles
-
Proven experience hiring
SDEs, Product Managers, Data/Analytics roles
at scale
-
Strong understanding of
India and UAE tech talent markets

Ability to challenge stakeholders and
hold the hiring bar high
-
Structured, data-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity
-
High ownership mindset; thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
