Tally Support Executive

Job Description-

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Providing TECHNICAL / TALLY support to end-users via remote support or by visiting the client-end.
· Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
· Gather customers information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms. ·
· Diagnose and resolve technical software issues ·
· Offer alternative solutions where appropriate ·
· Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary ·
· Your role will be to complete new software installations, give demo and training to the particular associates at client site. ·
· You will also support the existing customers with any general troubleshooting.

Academic Requirements-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Networking, and Hardware or IT related field.
Experience Requirements - 0-2 years of working as Tally Support Consultant
Who are we looking for?
· Ability to interpret the problem and get the solution.
· Providing technical support to customer query onsite as well as on remote basis as required.
· Documentation as per company standard.
· Tally.ERP9/TallyPrime knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
