Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tax Manager to oversee all tax-related operations of the company. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with local tax laws, optimize tax strategies, and manage filings, audits, and financial reporting efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage and oversee all direct and indirect tax matters including income tax, sales tax, and withholding tax.

● Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns.

● Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.

● Stay updated with changes in tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

● Prepare and review tax provisions and deferred tax calculations for financial statements.

● Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and assessments.

● Provide tax advice and guidance to management on business transactions and financial decisions.

● Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

● Supervise and train junior tax staff or finance team members where necessary.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce..

● Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in taxation (corporate and indirect taxes).

● Strong knowledge of Pakistan tax laws, FBR procedures, and compliance standards.

● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

● Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/taxation software.

● High level of integrity, attention to detail, and confidentiality.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
