Supervise sales tax invoices issuance to customers and income tax/sales tax withheld certificates to the vendors & Employees

Requirements

• Issuance of edited GST Invoices as & when required by Sale Points & Factory.
• Follow up of GST Invoices of all Sales Points on daily basis.
• Issue sale tax withheld certificates to vendors on monthly basis.
• Issue income tax certificates to vendors on monthly basis. (from January, 2024).
• Preparation of income tax payment challans on FBR portal on weekly basis.
• Preparation of sales tax of provincial authorities i.e. PRA & SRB on monthly basis after checking.
• Entry of bank payments on IRIS portal on daily basis. As a substitute.
• Reconciliation of all tax ledgers in xyz i.e. 0709, 1304, 1305, 1310 & 70.
• Filing & record maintenance of advance income tax & Sales tax withheld certificates of both vendors and customers.
• Any other task given by the heads i.e. to assist working relating to departmental notices etc
