Position Overview

We’re hiring Tax Sales Closers to handle a mix of cold and warm leads from multiple vetted vendors.
This role is ideal for confident closers who can control the call, qualify prospects, overcome objections, and close deals professionally—while maintaining compliance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities1. Customer Information & Compliance

• Collect, verify, and document customer personal and financial information
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies
• Maintain clean, auditable call records

2. Sales & Customer Engagement

• Handle inbound and outbound (cold & warm) leads professionally
• Build rapport quickly and control the sales conversation
• Present tax-related services clearly and ethically

3. IRS Eligibility Qualification

• Conduct structured qualification calls
• Review IRS-related history (up to 10 years when applicable)
• Determine eligibility based on defined guidelines

4. Closing & Agreement Execution

• Present pricing and service agreements confidently
• Handle objections using approved rebuttals
• Secure electronic signatures and confirm client understanding

Working Hours

• 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Cairo Time)
• 1-hour break included
• Additional shifts may be introduced with flexible selection

Work Model & Requirements

• Work From Home (WFH)
• Potential shift to hybrid model in the near future
• Must own a PC or laptop
• Reliable headset and stable internet connection required

Compensation & BenefitsSalary

• 15,000 EGP base salary / month

Commission

• $15 – $20 USD per closed sale
• Paid on top of base salary
• Uncapped commissions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: E£18,000.00 - E£40,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
