Taxi / Cab Dispatchers

Globe Call Centre is seeking skilled and proactive Taxi / Cab Dispatchers with at least 1 year of practical experience in dispatch coordination, preferably within the cab or transportation sector. If you’re highly organized, quick on your feet, and excel in dynamic environments — we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign cabs efficiently and promptly to fulfill incoming ride requests.
• Plan and monitor driver schedules and routes to ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Communicate consistently with drivers and clients to manage delays, route adjustments, or service concerns.
• Record and maintain accurate trip logs, driver performance data, and dispatch reports.
• Ensure all dispatch operations comply with internal policies and relevant transportation regulations.
• Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and care.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a cab dispatcher or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with dispatching software and GPS tracking tools.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and solution-focused under pressure.
• Keen attention to detail and excellent time management capabilities.
