Team Lead - Call Center

We are looking for a Team Lead – Outbound Sales to manage and motivate a team of call center agents. The role is focused on driving sales, achieving KPIs, and ensuring quality customer interactions. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in domestic call center operations and wallet products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide outbound sales agents.
  • Ensure sales targets and KPIs are consistently achieved.
  • Conduct training, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Monitor calls for quality and compliance.
  • Prepare and share performance reports with management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a domestic call center.
  • Proven experience in wallet products/services.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and Excel/reporting skills
