We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our
Future Talent Development Program
. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating impactful early-career initiatives that build a robust pipeline of skilled professionals and future leaders, while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure the alignment of these programs with workforce priorities and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Design and Execution

Design, implement, and manage comprehensive graduate programs, internships, and early-career initiatives tailored to meet the organization's talent needs.

Facilitate the corporate readiness of fresh graduates through structured training in a professional environment.

Collaborate with business units to identify talent gaps and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Talent Acquisition

Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to organize campus drives, career fairs, and employer branding activities.

Engage with universities and external talent pools to attract top-tier fresh graduates.
Learning and Development

Create and oversee learning modules, workshops, and mentorship opportunities for program participants.

Monitor participants' progress to ensure impactful developmental experiences and holistic growth.
Stakeholder Engagement

Facilitate smooth onboarding, job rotations, and career development opportunities for program participants within business units.

Act as a key liaison with senior leadership to secure buy-in and active involvement in program initiatives.
Program Evaluation and Improvement

Measure program outcomes using KPIs, feedback, and performance metrics.

Continuously refine and optimize programs by incorporating insights and industry best practices.
Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

5–10 years of experience in talent development, HR, or a similar field, with expertise in managing large-scale leadership development programs.

Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.

Proven track record in campus recruitment or managing graduate programs.

Familiarity with leadership development frameworks and best practices.
