Team Lead - Inventory Control

Job Description:

The Team Lead - Inventory Control is responsible for managing inventory accuracy, stock movements, and maintaining optimal stock levels across multiple warehouse locations. This role involves coordinating inventory activities, conducting stock audits, and ensuring that inventory control procedures are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead inventory control activities, including stock audits, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.

• Implement and enforce inventory control procedures, focusing on accuracy and efficiency.

• Coordinate with warehouse supervisors to track stock movements, manage bin locations, and update inventory records.

• Provide training and guidance to inventory control staff to ensure adherence to best practices.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management.

Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in inventory management systems, attention to detail, and team leadership abilities.
