Team Lead – Night Shift Customer Support (BPO)

A. Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 20–50 CSRs
  • Monitor performance, attendance, and quality
  • Conduct daily/weekly meetings
  • Coach and motivate team members
  • Report to management

B. Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in Call Center leadership
  • Strong communication & leadership skills
  • Night shift availability
  • US campaign experience preferred (but not mandatory)

C. Perks & Salary:

  • Salary: 100K – 150K+
