e are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Lead – Sales (RCM) with a strong background in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales representatives, drive outbound sales efforts, and ensure achievement of revenue targets while maintaining high-quality client engagement.
Major Job Responsibilities
1. Sales & Lead Generation (Outbound)
- Lead and manage cold calling and outbound sales campaigns targeting USA-based healthcare clients
- Drive lead generation and conversion for RCM services (Medical Billing, Credentialing, AR, etc.)
- Ensure team meets and exceeds daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
2. Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Manage, mentor, and coach a team of sales agents
- Monitor individual and team performance through KPIs and dashboards
- Conduct regular huddles, feedback sessions, and performance reviews
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and quality standards
3. Reporting & Data Management
- Track sales performance, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics
- Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and reporting tools
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports
4. Client Interaction & Business Development
- Engage with potential clients to understand their RCM needs
- Support team in handling complex objections and closing deals
- Build long-term relationships with clients to drive business growth
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong experience in cold calling, outbound sales, and lead conversion
- Knowledge of Healthcare RCM processes (Medical Billing, AR, Insurance workflows)
- Strong people management and team leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills (neutral or American accent preferred)
- Ability to work in a target-driven and high-pressure environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
IT Skills
- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (Reporting & Data Tracking)
- Outlook (Email Communication)
- Zoom / Google Meet (Client & Internal Meetings)
- CRM systems (preferred)
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)
Experience
- 3–5+ years of experience in BPO / Call Center Sales Closer USA based
- Minimum 1–2 years in a Team Lead role
- Experience in USA Healthcare RCM sales campaigns is mandatory
