Job Overview

  • Seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead – Talent Acquisition to manage and guide recruitment initiatives.
  • Responsible for leading a team of recruiters, developing effective hiring strategies, and ensuring timely and high-quality talent acquisition across departments.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, and the ability to build a collaborative and performance-driven team culture.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists/Recruiters.
  • Provide direction on sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and recruitment best practices.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and set measurable goals.
  • Support continuous learning and professional development within the team.

Recruitment Strategy & Execution

  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle — from job postings and screening to interviews and offer closures.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities align with company goals, culture, and diversity priorities.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring requirements.
  • Align recruitment plans with business objectives and provide timely hiring updates.
  • Maintain relationships with external agencies, partners, and job boards.

Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize recruitment processes.
  • Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and organizational hiring standards.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and diversity ratios.

Employer Branding & Market Insights

  • Work with HR and Marketing teams to strengthen the company’s employer brand.
  • Promote the organization as an employer of choice through campaigns and outreach initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitor hiring movements.

Diversity & Inclusion

  • Champion diversity and inclusion in all recruitment processes.
  • Implement initiatives to attract and engage a diverse talent pool.
  • Ensure equitable and unbiased selection practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory capacity.
  • Proven success in managing recruitment processes and achieving hiring targets.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting tools, ATS, and HR software.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
