What You’ll Do:
- Lead & Motivate: Inspire and manage a team of Sales Executives, driving them to exceed targets and deliver outstanding results.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass business objectives.
- Coach & Grow: Provide training, feedback, and coaching to ensure your team thrives and develops their skills.
- Drive Performance: Monitor key metrics, analyze trends, and ensure sales targets are consistently met.
- Customer-Centric Focus: Ensure the team maintains a high level of customer satisfaction while selling credit card and personal loan products.
What You Need:
- Experience: 3-5 years in sales leadership, ideally in credit card or personal loan sales.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and drive performance.
- Sales Savvy: Deep knowledge of consumer lending products (credit cards, personal loans) and sales techniques.
- Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer issues and provide solutions quickly and efficiently.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and reporting tools.
