Female Team Leader – DU & Etisalat Campaign

Job Location: Karachi
Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

We are looking for an experienced, confident, and result-oriented Female Team Leader for DU and Etisalat telecom campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and previous experience in managing a call center or sales team.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the female sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Monitor team performance, attendance, call quality, and productivity.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Manage DU and Etisalat campaign operations professionally.
• Ensure agents follow approved scripts, processes, and company policies.
• Support agents in handling difficult customers and closing sales.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Conduct team meetings and communicate targets and campaign updates.
• Maintain a positive and professional working environment.
• Coordinate with management regarding team progress and operational issues.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new agents when required.
• Ensure customer and sales records are maintained accurately.

Job Requirements

• Only female candidates may apply.
• Previous experience in DU and Etisalat telecom campaigns is mandatory.
• Experience as a Team Leader, Senior Sales Agent, or Floor Supervisor will be preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good sales, customer-dealing, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve assigned targets.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or call center systems.
• Responsible, punctual, professional, and target-oriented attitude.
• Ability to motivate, train, and manage a sales team effectively.
