Position: Team Leader Production

Department: Manufacturing

Role Purpose

Lead shift operations to deliver safe, high-quality production on time and within cost, while developing people and driving continuous improvement through NCE/TPM.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop shift team capabilities
• Execute shift production plan (output, quality, cost, schedule)
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, GMP, and food safety standards
• Maintain smooth plant operations and equipment reliability
• Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization
• Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, HR, and other functions
• Support new product launches

Requirements

• B.Sc. Engineering (or relevant)
• 1-3 years manufacturing experience
• Team leadership experience
• Knowledge of GMP, food safety, and production processes
• Exposure to NCE/Lean/TPM preferred
• Basic MS Office skills
