<div>Position: Team Leader Production
Department: Manufacturing
Role Purpose
Lead shift operations to deliver safe, high-quality production on time and within cost, while developing people and driving continuous improvement through NCE/TPM.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Lead, coach, and develop shift team capabilities</li><li>
Execute shift production plan (output, quality, cost, schedule)</li><li>
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, GMP, and food safety standards</li><li>
Maintain smooth plant operations and equipment reliability</li><li>
Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization</li><li>
Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, HR, and other functions</li><li>
Support new product launches</li></ul>
Requirements<ul><li>
B.Sc. Engineering (or relevant)</li><li>
1-3 years manufacturing experience</li><li>
Team leadership experience</li><li>
Knowledge of GMP, food safety, and production processes</li><li>
Exposure to NCE/Lean/TPM preferred</li><li>
Basic MS Office skills</li></ul></div>
