Team Leader Real Estate

Job Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Team Leader – Sales to manage and grow a high-performing real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in off-plan, secondary market, rental, and sales transactions, with strong leadership and closing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve targets.
  • Handle client inquiries and close high-value deals.
  • Monitor team performance and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Stay updated on property launches, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Coordinate with marketing and admin departments for seamless operations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers.
  • Organize broker tours, meetings, and developer presentations.
  • Assist in recruiting, mentoring, and evaluating new agents.
  • Ensure excellent service quality and compliance with real estate standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting in the CRM system.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–4 years of sales experience in UAE real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, laws, and regulations.
  • Proven record of team leadership and successful closures in real estate.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license and RERA certification (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
