Team Leader - Real Estate (Male)

Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Real Estate Manager with a minimum of 3-4 years of proven experience in the UAE's real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team leadership, training, business development, and all facets of real estate operations. This role is crucial for our growth, requiring an individual who can build, motivate, and manage a high-performing team of real estate agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management & Leadership:

• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of real estate agents, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews to track progress, provide constructive feedback, and set performance goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to motivate the team and improve overall productivity.

2. Training & Development:

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing agents, covering market trends, sales techniques, CRM usage, and legal compliance (e.g., RERA regulations).
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to agents to help them close deals and overcome challenges.

3. Client Acquisition & Retention:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to generate new leads and expand the client base.
• Work with the marketing team to execute campaigns that attract both buyers and sellers/landlords and tenants..
• Implement client retention strategies to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.

4. Property Management:

• Supervise the property management portfolio, ensuring properties are well-maintained and generating optimal returns for owners.
• Oversee the management of tenancy contracts, rent collection, and maintenance issues.
• Ensure all property management activities comply with local laws and regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Real Estate Manager, Team Leader, or Senior Agent in the UAE.
• Proven track record of building, managing, and motivating a successful team of real estate agents.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai/UAE real estate market, including market trends, property values, and legal frameworks (RERA knowledge is essential).
• Excellent negotiation, sales, and closing abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED12,000.00 per month
