Job Title: Team Leader - Sales

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Team Leader to lead the sales and admissions activities at our educational branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollments, managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring the branch meets its business and revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Revenue Generation:
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets for the branch.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase student admissions.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and local marketing initiatives.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead, train, and motivate the branch sales team to achieve performance goals.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Ensure superior student and parent experience throughout the inquiry-to-admission process.
  • Handle escalations and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Operations & Coordination:
  • Work closely with academic, marketing, and counseling teams to ensure smooth branch operations.
  • Manage inquiry handling, follow-ups, and conversion tracking.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and enrollment data using CRM systems.
  • Marketing Support:
  • Coordinate local marketing and promotional activities such as seminars, workshops, and school visits.
  • Provide inputs for digital and offline campaigns to increase brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development. (Experience in education sector will be an advantage).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent leadership and people management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management systems, and MS Office applications.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in student admissions, franchise operations, or B2C sales.
  • Local market knowledge and community networking ability.
  • Goal-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
