About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Team Leader to lead the sales and admissions activities at our educational branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollments, managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring the branch meets its business and revenue objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets for the branch.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase student admissions.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and local marketing initiatives.
- Team Management:
- Lead, train, and motivate the branch sales team to achieve performance goals.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure superior student and parent experience throughout the inquiry-to-admission process.
- Handle escalations and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
- Operations & Coordination:
- Work closely with academic, marketing, and counseling teams to ensure smooth branch operations.
- Manage inquiry handling, follow-ups, and conversion tracking.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and enrollment data using CRM systems.
- Marketing Support:
- Coordinate local marketing and promotional activities such as seminars, workshops, and school visits.
- Provide inputs for digital and offline campaigns to increase brand visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development. (Experience in education sector will be an advantage).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent leadership and people management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management systems, and MS Office applications.

- Experience in student admissions, franchise operations, or B2C sales.
