Team Leader – Secondary Market (Real Estate)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the Secondary Market sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase listings and property sales in the secondary market.
• Support and guide property consultants in closing deals and negotiating with buyers and sellers.
• Ensure team members maintain a strong pipeline of buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Monitor daily sales activities including calls, meetings, viewings, and listings.
• Ensure all properties are listed accurately and professionally on property portals and CRM systems.
• Conduct regular training sessions to improve team performance, product knowledge, and sales skills.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and repeat clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in UAE real estate, specifically in the Secondary Market.
• Proven experience as a Team Leader or Senior Property Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, property prices, and market trends.
• Proven ability to generate listings and close property transactions.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage a sales team under target-driven environments.
• Experience using CRM systems and property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.).
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• RERA certification is an advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic & English (French languages are a plus).

Pay: AED8,000.00 per month
