Team Leader - Stores

About the role:

Lead a team to ensure the timely and effective provisioning of orders, purchase, delivery, receipt storage and issue of all spare parts and equipment in line with Inventory Control Procedures and in a safe manner within laid down quality standards providing management with all necessary information and reports as specified.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the spare parts, tyres, and oil store
• Implement and maintain effective inventory systems and procedures
• Coordinate with workshop supervisors to ensure availability of required parts
• Ensure supplier-recommended spare parts are stocked as per specifications
• Monitor and report daily, weekly, and monthly performance and spending trends
• Review and refine minimum/maximum stock levels to optimize inventory
• Identify operational issues and propose practical solutions
• Uphold health and safety standards across store operations
• Analyze spare parts pricing and support cost control initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
• Planning/logistics experience is a plus, not required
• Strong MS Excel and Office skills
