Job Title: Team Leader – Waste Management / Facility Management

Salary: AED 5,250
UAE Driving License No. 4 & 6 – Mandatory

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Team Leader to manage daily waste management/facility operations, supervise field staff, and ensure smooth site activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in waste management or facility management
• UAE Driving License No. 4 & 6 (mandatory)
• Experience handling drivers and cleaners/labor teams
• Basic English communication skills
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety procedures
• Immediate joiners preferred

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise waste collection/facility teams
• Assign daily tasks and routes to drivers and workers
• Monitor attendance and team performance
• Ensure timely completion of cleaning/waste collection schedules
• Maintain safety and hygiene standards
• Report issues to management
• Coordinate vehicles, equipment, and manpower
