Job Description �This is an operational responsible for day-to-day management of workplace operations. The incumbent may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of quality outcomes. Responsibilities �Facility upkeep � Housekeeping, Cafeteria, Physical Security �Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work -Preventive Maintenance, Power, UPS, PAC, HVAC �Issuing I-Cards, Visitor Passes and Access Cards to the employees and visitors. �Handling Comprehensive Security, Access Control, Anti-Sabotage Check, Electronic Counter Measures etc. �Adherence to the safety, OHSAS, and EMS policies �Daily power consumptions reports/reading logbook maintenance. �Weekly/fortnightly/monthly MIS report generations on power consumption, travel, workplace support. �Capacity upgrade activities �Co-ordination during hospitality related arrangements like Client visits, Employee Engagements, Awards ceremony, and large conferences
