We’re looking for a Team Resources (TMR) Specialist to join our team at St. Joseph’s Hospital- South in Riverview and South Florida Baptist Hospital in Plant City.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll partner closely with TMR Managers and Coordinators to support key team resources processes, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and provide reporting that helps drive positive outcomes. This position plays an important role in fostering a workplace culture built on dignity, respect, and accountability.

What You’ll Do

  • Support team member relations processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.

  • Prepare, maintain, and analyze TMR documentation, reports, and metrics.

  • Assist with hospital orientation and team member inquiries.

  • Provide responsive, confidential, and professional support to leaders and team members.

  • Contribute to initiatives during critical times, which may include coordinating resources, providing childcare, or supporting other essential tasks.

  • Collaborate across HR functions to help create a consistent and supportive team member experience.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous Human Resources experience and a passion for growth.

  • Strong organizational and technical skills with the ability to think critically.

  • A collaborative and proactive mindset, able to “think outside the box.”

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage people at all levels.

  • Flexibility to support team members during both routine and critical times.

Qualifications

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred

Experience

  • 1 year of Human Resources experience
    OR2 years of Customer Service experience
    OR2 years of Healthcare experience

Strongly Preferred: Prior HR or employee relations experience; familiarity with HRIS systems and reporting tools
