This role is ideal for someone who is highly versatile in handling multiple tech domains, understands the dynamics of technical recruitment, and can bring creative sourcing strategies to the table.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end technical recruitment for a variety of roles, including GenAI, Full Stack, MEAN/MERN Stack, Software Engineering, Cloud, Data, QA, and DevOps positions.

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build customized sourcing strategies.

Identify and engage potential candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other creative sourcing channels.

Conduct screening interviews to evaluate both technical capabilities and cultural fit.

Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate data and streamlined workflows.

Utilize Office Suite, Google Forms, and recruitment analytics to optimize hiring performance.

Provide market insights on salary trends, talent availability, and emerging skill sets.

Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Collaborate effectively with internal teams and client stakeholders to meet deadlines and hiring goals.
Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

6–8 years of proven experience in tech recruitment, preferably within software development or IT services companies.

Strong hands-on experience hiring for GenAI, Full Stack, MEAN/MERN Stack, and related technologies.

Deep understanding of recruitment processes, technical hiring challenges, and the ability to adapt to evolving tech trends.

Proficiency in ATS platforms, MS Office Suite, Google Forms, and analytics/reporting tools.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

A strong team player with collaborative mindset and ownership-driven attitude.

Exposure to international (especially US-based) recruitment processes is a strong plus.

Ability to work in a hybrid or onsite environment in Islamabad.
