Tech Support Specialist

Job Summary

LazyWait is seeking a reliable Tech Support Specialist to provide technical assistance for our POS systems and digital payment solutions. The role focuses on troubleshooting, merchant support, and ensuring system stability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for LazyWait POS systems
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Assist merchants with installation, configuration, and daily usage
  • Escalate complex issues to technical or development teams
  • Document issues, solutions, and follow-ups accurately
  • Monitor system performance and report recurring issues
  • Support merchants via phone, WhatsApp, email, or ticketing systems

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in technical support or POS systems
  • Basic knowledge of networks, devices, and software troubleshooting
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple support tickets
  • Arabic required; English is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with POS hardware (printers, scanners, terminals)
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or SaaS companies
  • Familiarity with ticketing or CRM systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dammam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
