Technical Project Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the technical aspects of projects from initiation to completion. This role ensures that project objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and technical excellence. The Technical Project Lead acts as the primary technical authority, providing guidance to project teams, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring that solutions are aligned with business requirements, industry standards, and organizational goals.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise clients.
  • Manage and maintain strong technical relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Understand client business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Network, IT, Security, Projects) to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Oversee solution design, implementation, and post-deployment support.
  • Ensure SLA compliance, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including technical presentations, proposals, and solution demonstrations.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and service optimization within existing accounts.
  • Manage escalations and provide root-cause analysis for technical issues.
  • Maintain technical documentation, reports, and account health dashboards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or Engineering.
  • 3–6 years of experience in technical account management, enterprise solutions, or related roles.
  • Experience working with enterprise or corporate customers.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, ITIL, Cloud certifications) are a plus.
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise IT, networking, and telecom solutions.
  • Hands-on understanding of LAN/WAN, MPLS, SD-WAN, Cloud, Security, and Data Center solutions.
  • Ability to design and explain end-to-end enterprise solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with SLAs, KPIs, and service management frameworks.
  • Ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
