Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Create, manage, and consistently update JIRA boards to track tasks, workflows, and progress.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
• Monitor timelines, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues.
• Communicate project requirements, updates, milestones, and expectations to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records.
• Ensure high standards of organization, quality, and accountability throughout project execution.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager (preferred).
• Strong hands-on experience with JIRA, including boards, workflows, and task management.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a structured, proactive approach to work.
