Technical Administrator

Job Summary

The Technical Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the technical, operations, and execution teams. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication across teams, and timely project delivery within the construction environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to technical, operations, and execution teams.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage schedules, tasks, and workflows.
  • Assist in planning activities, task tracking, notifications, and timely reporting.
  • Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and manage technical documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between teams, departments, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Support procurement activities and assist with troubleshooting operational issues.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and documentation requirements.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical or IT-related discipline (preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience in a technical or administrative support role.
  • Knowledge of construction field activities and project environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and job-related software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
