Role

This position involves selling HMT products and services in Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with our broader Middle East and Saudi Arabia Sales team to achieve regional revenue and profit goals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction within your area of responsibility.

The Job

Sales activities:

• Conduct business development and sales activities by email, phone, and in person to generate revenue for HMT.
• Develop potential/target client list.
• Gather intelligence on client needs or problems in the territory.
• Gather market / competitive intelligence.
• Develop tactical sales plans for each major target client.
• Assist customers to select the right equipment for their applications.
• Achieve specification of products for projects and facilities in Saudi Arabia and broader Middle East.
• Generate proposals, including equipment selection, estimate costs and write proposals.
• Work closely with Sales team and other team members to create sales plans.
• Achieve revenue and EBITDA goals established for the territory.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM and Tank Mapping systems, keeping data up to date to communicate intelligence effectively across the business and keep track of customer follow up tasks.

Project execution activities:

• Review purchase orders for accuracy upon receipt.
• Hand off all pertinent information to Inside Sales / Project Management personnel to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist Inside Sales / Project Management personnel to obtain necessary data from the client to execute project.

We are looking for

• Dammam-based, local
• minimum 2-3 years of experience in refinery or terminal operations in Saudi Arabia, or prior relative work experience in industrial related sector will be considered as a plus.
• Strong command of English, and Arabic languages both verbal and writing.
• Good technical aptitude and comfort level with technical products.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field is preferred but not required.
• Strong follow up and organizational skills.
• Availability to travel regularly for sales activities and training meetings.
